Online voting will close at 12:30 and the incoming Board Governors will be announced at the luncheon.\n\n\n \n\n\nAbout the Speakers \n\n\n\nFrederico Costa\, AI and Data Policy Lead\, Asia-Pacific and Japan\, Amazon Web Services. Frederico leads AI and Data Policy for AWS across Asia-Pacific and Japan from Singapore. He joined AWS after serving as Amazon's lead on Competition and Data Policy in Brussels. Previously\, he was Head of EU Digital and Industrial Policy at Samsung Electronics\, focusing on major tech and data regulations in Europe. With 15 years in public policy including roles at European Union Institutions and US law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton advising on tech policy. He holds a Law degree from the Portuguese Catholic University and an LLM in Global Legal Studies from Utrecht University.\n\n\n\nSakchai Sae-Seai\, Vice President of Strategy\, Business Performance and Commercial\, Chevron Thailand. Sakchai brings 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Kasetsart University and a master's in engineering management from Drexel University. Before joining Chevron\, he worked in refineries and energy conversion companies. Over his 25-year career with Chevron\, he has held technical and leadership roles in Thailand and abroad\, spanning asset management\, operations\, engineering\, project management\, and organizational change. \n\n\n\nKaseedit Choonnawat\, Country Head of Research\, Citibank. Kaseedit is Director of Equity Research for APAC Transport and Head of Thailand at Citi\, based in Bangkok. He specializes in equities analysis and valuation and company and industry financial modelling and forecasting\, leading regional transport sector analysis and providing strategic equity research across Asia Pacific. Previously\, he served as Vice President of Equity Research for Thailand Transport at Phatra Securities Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Senior Analyst in Network Planning at Qatar Airways. Kaseedit holds a Master of Science in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Economics in Finance and Financial Economics (Distinction) from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). \n\n\n\nCash McCracken\, Vice President of Global Government Affairs\, Seagate. Cash is Vice President of Global Government Affairs at Seagate Technology\, based in Washington\, D.C. He advises Seagate's leadership on global public policy and geopolitical issues and leads government affairs strategies worldwide. Previously\, he served as a U.S. diplomat with postings in Singapore\, ASEAN (Jakarta)\, Vietnam\, Sudan\, Somalia\, and Washington\, D.C.
