She has a proven record of delivering results as a consultant in the fashion and garment industry\, as a learning and development professional in a multinational company\, and as a talent development programs manager in a large tech company. One of her roles is to interview young talent candidates\, select the best fit\, and develop their skills to ensure their readiness to work as future leaders.\n\nKongwette Aonlamoon is the Group Learning and Development Manager at DKSH. Driven by an inclusive culture\, he has worked closely with business leaders to ensure that their workplaces provide ample opportunities for all employees to learn\, develop\, and grow. Over a decade in his career\, Kongwette has developed more than 1\,000 leaders in many multi-national organizations through his learner-centric facilitation and instructional design in areas of leadership\, diversity\, collaboration\, and self-mastery.\n\nNitiphol Piyakraivudh (Tan) is the Assistant Manager for HR Business Partnering at DKSH. Tan works with employees throughout their professional career at DKSH from talent acquisition\, performance management\, training and development. In this role\, he has the pleasure of collaborating with colleagues from over 15 different global locations. Prior to joining DKSH in 2018\, Tan worked in Executive Search for six years.
