DESCRIPTION:AMCHAM is pleased to welcome Mr. Dhadchyarbhon Abhimontejch\, Deputy Director General\, Department of Foreign Trade and Dr. Dawn Verdugo\, Regional Advisor - Thailand\, Laos\, Vietnam\, Export Control and Border Security (EXBS) Program\, U.S. Embassy Bangkok to the Customs & Excise Council Virtual Meeting.\n\n \n\nMr. Dhadchyarbhon will talk about the recent announcement on compliance process under the new Trade Control Weapons of Mass Destruction (TCWMD) law\, i.e. what it covers and the process. ICP topic published on September 6. ICP training opportunities for members. Dr. Dawn will talk about the brief explanation on Export Control law in the U.S. which implement to the exporters to the U.S. and to export its products to the other countries. The event will be followed by the group of expert for the panel discussion and the question-and-answer session.\n\n \n\nPlease note that this meeting will be conducted in Thai with English translation for the part of Mr. Dhadchyarbhon Abhimontejch\, Deputy Director General\, Department of Foreign Trade and will be held in video conference format.
