DESCRIPTION:AMCHAM's new Diversity\, Equity\, and Inclusion Committee is holding its 'coming out' event\, a combination of exploring the current state of DEI in Thailand and inviting you to share your ideas for subjects the committee can address in the coming months. This is a subject area with many interesting facets and we want to know what facets would be most useful for AMCHAM members. Bring your ideas\, questions\, and suggestions to share!\n\n\n\nThe meeting will kick off with a brief keynote talk by our speaker\, Dr. Drew Mallory of Sasin School of Management\, before we invite discussion and contributions from the attending members.\n\n\n\nAbout the Speaker:\n\nDr. Drew B. Mallory is a PhD organizational psychologist\, professor of organizational behavior\, and transformational executive coach at Sasin School of Management. He is also the School's Inclusion Ambassador. Outside of business\, Drew has a background in social work and evidence-based social policy.  Drew specializes in creating climates that promote thriving and does research in areas like inclusion\, neurodiversity\, and identity.
