SUMMARY:Driving DEI in Your Organization: Frameworks and First Steps to Begin the Inclusion Journey
DESCRIPTION:"Let's start a DEI initiative!" is a laudable suggestion often given to Human Resources\, Marketing\, or a newly minted Diversity Officer. But what does it mean\, and how do you start? This workshop will seek to answer those questions and give you a clear framework to use and tangible steps to take\, regardless your organization's size\, composition\, or purpose.\n\n\n\nJoining virtually will be Angela Peacock and Keunhae Kate Park from GP Strategies' DEI division. Afterwards\, we will have a discussion with the audience and guest panelists including Najaya Jotikasthira from Philip Morris International and Christopher Schultz from DKSH.
