DESCRIPTION:The Environmental\, Social & Governance (ESG) Council meets monthly to support the ESG journey of AMCHAM members towards corporate citizenship and planetary stewardship. Council meetings are a forum to connect stakeholders from AMCHAM member companies and allow for the exchange of experience and expertise.\n\n\n\nAt the August meeting\, we will have AMCHAM Vietnam ESG co-chairs discussing how local businesses navigate through the environmental measures such as Extended Producer Responsibility or carbon regulations.\n\n\n\nJoin us at this meeting to welcome our special guest speakers who will present on worldwide environmental policies and their impact on trade and investment.\n\n \n\nAbout Speakers\n\nVan Ly is a partner at Raise Partners\, an ESG and sustainability consulting practice in Vietnam.  She thrives in brokering partnerships\, mobilizing people behind social impact programs and initiatives\, and helping others communicate about the impact they are making in their communities and around the world. She has extensive experience working in the private sector in corporate citizenship\, branding\, and communications and in the NGO sector in stakeholder engagement\, fundraising\, communications\, and program management. In 2020\, she co-founded Raise Partners\, a collaborative women-led consulting practice sharing expertise with organizations that contribute to the betterment of humanity.\n\n \n\nJason Lusk is a distinguished strategy consultant with 25 years of experience in marketing\, communications\, and development finance. As the Managing Partner and founder of Clickable Impact Consulting Group\, Jason advises development finance institutions on transactions and facilitates technical assistance in sectors including agriculture\, rural development\, decarbonization\, and tourism. He also supports private investors in developing projects that engage the public sector and leverage development finance to positively impact climate\, the environment\, and economic inclusion. Clickable Impact Consulting Group employs over 20 full-time staff\, with offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City\, managing projects across the Asian continent.
