Mark is the HR Transformation Leader for Deloitte South East Asia. He specializes in managing complex and large scale projects and has deep experience in HR Service Delivery Models\, Shared Services\, HR strategy and HR services technologies including Workday & SAP. \n\n\n\nRitesh Agarwal\, Sales Capability Head for Asia BU\, PepsiCo. He is a Global Human Resources Leader. He has a considerable experience in Human Resources Management gained through HR Leadership Roles in Sales and in manufacturing in the FMCG/CPG sector. He has moved through a variety of generalist and specialist HR roles of increasing complexity in more than eight cities across South-East Asia. He has led teams across geographies and has exposure to international business through multiple leadership assignments across various countries in Asia Pacific and MENA. In his current role\, he leads Training and Development Strategy for 5000+ sales professionals across 14+ countries in the Asia BU of PepsiCo.\n\n\n\nNara Decharin\, General Manager\, Baxter International Inc. A fluent English and Thai speaker\, Nara began his career in academia in the UK and transitioned into Management Consulting / M&A focusing on healthcare transactions and eventually returned to Asia to join the pharmaceutical and medical device industries for the past 12 years\, where he has had experience across multiple commercial and corporate affairs functions across more than 10 markets. Nara is a Registered Chartered Director through the Institute of Directors and is a Board Member of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers' Association. As an active supporter of community activities\, Nara sponsors T1D children and children from disadvantaged background through two charities.
