She previously served as Head of Markets & Securities Services and has represented the Association of International Banks on the Thailand Financial Markets Committee since 2015. A 28-year Citibanker\, she joined in 1996 as a Management Associate and has since held key leadership roles across FX and Derivatives Trading\, Corporate Sales and Structuring\, and Investor Sales. She led the Markets and Securities Services business from 2015 to 2021.\n\n\n\nSondra Sutton Phung is the General Manager - Global Ranger & Everest at Ford Motor Company\, responsible for Ford's Global Truck Company across ASEAN\, Australia/NZ\, the Middle East\, South America\, and Europe. Her 27 years of experience at Ford Motor Company includes six years in China\, three years in Japan and the past three and half years in Thailand\, with extensive experience in brand and product marketing\, global operations management\, complexity reduction\, and building trust-based internal and external relationships. Sondra holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Mathematics from Clark Atlanta University.\n\n\n\nSasathorn Phaspinyo is the Managing Director of the Thailand Operations at FedEx Corporation\, leading over 1\,300 team members and overseeing corporate strategies and operations in Thailand. He started his career at FedEx in 2004 as an engineer and brings over two decades of experience in driving operational efficiencies and business growth. He has held key roles in First/Last Mile Operations\, Customs Clearance\, and Planning & Engineering across Thailand and Southeast Asia. Prior to his current role\, he was Manager of Planning & Engineering\, overseeing ground network planning and infrastructure development for Thailand\, Vietnam\, and Indochina. Sasathorn played an instrumental role in the successful integration of FedEx and TNT operations in Thailand and Vietnam.
