Deborah is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of in-depth and diverse experience in marketing\, commercial operations management\, and leadership at the local\, regional\, and global level within Pfizer.\n\n\n\n\n\nRashane Sala-Ngarm\, Project Management Specialist\, USAID/RDMA\n\n\n\nRashane manages the USAID program Enhancing Equality in Energy for Southeast Asia (E4SEA) and supports other programs in the U.S. Agency for International Development Regional Development Mission for Asia (RDMA)'s energy portfolio. Prior to joining USAID\, Rashane was the Regional Coordinator for GIZ Water Energy Food Urban Nexus program. Rashane holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT)\, and a Masters of International Project Management from SKEMA Business School\, Sophia Antipolis campus\, France.\n\n\n\n \n\nChutima Sribumrungsart\, EVP - Human Resources\, Gulf Energy Development PCL\n\n \n\nChutima is Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Gulf Energy Development PCL. She was previously the Country HR Lead at Microsoft (Thailand). She has more than 30 years of extensive HR experience from diverse business sectors including Telecommunications (Nokia Siemens Networks Co. Ltd)\, International Banking (Standard Chartered\; Bangkok Bank)\, Consumer Products (L'Or al Thailand)\, Professional Services (Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Jaiyos)\, Upstream Hot Roll Coil Manufacturing (Sahaviriya Steel Industries Plc) and Outsourcing & Recruitment (Adecco). Experienced in transformation across local and global organizations\, Chutima has pioneered key HR trends in Thailand. She holds a BA in English Literature from Thammasat University and Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Sasin School of Management\, Chulalongkorn University\, Thailand.
