Following the Trade Competition Commission of Thailand's (TCCT) release of the Draft Guidelines on Unfair Trade Practices and Anti-competitive Conduct on Digital Platforms for the Sale of Goods or Services (e-commerce)\, the Digital Economy Committee and Government Affairs Council are organizing a working meeting to discuss this issue.\n\n\n\nThis meeting will update members on Thailand's digital regulatory developments and help shape AMCHAM Thailand's response to the TCCT's draft Guidelines. Members interested in participating and raising concerns are encouraged to email jen@amchamthailand.com by September 25\, 2025.\n\n\n\nJoin us to strategize AMCHAM's advocacy efforts and discuss next steps for addressing this important issue.
