How can your company "walk the talk"\, ensuring that written policies turn into meaningful action that enhances the workplace culture and performance?\n\n \n\nSpeaking to us about DEI and MARC (Men Advocating Real Change) policies are Steph Galera\, Diversity\, Equity\, and Inclusion Senior Consultant\, from online travel giant Agoda and Sakchai Sae-Seai\, Vice President of Strategy Business Performance and Commercial from energy multinational Chevron.\n\n\n\nAbout the Speakers:\n\n\n\nSteph Galera\, Diversity\, Equity\, and Inclusion Senior Consultant\, Agoda . Steph Galera's pronouns are she/her/hers. She is a proud Filipina who is also part of the women\, LGBTQ+\, neurodiversity communities   which goes to show that identity is very intersectional. Prior to joining Agoda\, Steph was with a global technology company for 15 years and has been in varying roles within HR disciplines including People Analytics\, Talent Development\, Executive Communications\, and Diversity and Inclusion\, specifically workplace programs and community engagement. She has had the unique opportunity to have led Business Resource Groups for many years as an Out Role Model.\n\n \n\nSakchai Sae-Seai\, Vice President of Strategy Business Performance and Commercial\, Chevron. Currently leading the Strategy\, Commercial and Business Development Team\, Sakchai has worked with Chevron for 22 years in various capacities both in Thailand and abroad\, including asset\, operations\, and engineering management\, as well as leading the cultural and organizational change program. Prior to joining Chevron\, he worked in refinery and energy conversation companies. Sakchai graduated from Kasetsart University in Chemical Engineering\, and holds an M.A. in Engineering Management from Drexel University.
