He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kiel University of Applied Sciences.\n\n\n\nBjoern began his career with P3 Group in 2007 as an automotive consultant in Germany. In 2009\, he transitioned to Asia\, where he has since led various projects across China\, Japan\, Thailand\, and other Asian countries. Currently\, he serves as the Regional Director for South East Asia at P3\, where he is responsible for driving strategic growth and innovation in the region.
