Prior to joining Holland & Knight\, Ms. Fussell was the Chief International Trade Counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance where she led the Senate negotiations with the Trump Administration and U.S. House of Representatives on the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). Ms. Fussell also worked on negotiations with Japan\, China\, the United Kingdom\, Kenya\, the European Union\, India\, Brazil\, and the World Trade Organization (WTO).  Before joining the Senate Finance Committee she was Director of Government and Regulatory Affairs at Pitney Bowes.
