Persons: Larry S. Persons (PhD\, Intercultural Studies) is a leadership development expert specializing in multi-cultural contexts. He is CEO of CQ Leadership Consulting\, a firm offering cross-cultural leadership training and consulting\, executive development\, executive coaching\, and leadership assessments. Larry is the author of The Way Thais Lead: Face as Social Capital (Silkworm Books\, 2016). Born and raised in Thailand where he has lived for over 30 years\, Larry has exceptional command of the Thai language and an insider's understanding of Thai culture. He teaches "Culturally Intelligent Leadership" to Executive MBA students at Sasin School of Management\, Chulalongkorn University\, Bangkok\, Thailand.
