In 2006\, she relocated to Thailand following her tenure with EY and KPMG in the Philippines. Her areas of specialization include international taxation\, expatriate tax matters\, foreign direct investment\, transfer pricing\, due diligence\, and tax compliance. Melea has also provided strategic support to numerous clients undergoing tax audits\, demonstrating her deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and her commitment to effective client advocacy. \n\nJonathan Stuart-Smith is Asia Pacific Tax Leader for Forvis Mazars. He brings with him a wealth of over 25 years' experience working in Asia\, including Thailand\, Japan\, Singapore and Hong Kong\, advising companies on cross-border trade and investment. He specializes in international tax\, transfer pricing\, and transactions.\n\n\n\nHe advises clients in most sectors and work with large corporations\, funds\, and entrepreneurs.
