She has 20 years of experience as an executive and consultant with MNCs\, agencies and NGOs\, holding a variety of leadership roles in strategy\, partner management\, program management & communications across USA\, APAC\, Europe and Africa. Key leadership positions include country head\, VP of CSR and strategy committee lead.\n\nCharles Blocker is a founder and CEO of IC Partners\, with more than two decades of experience in capital raising\, corporate finance\, and commercial real estate. He is also a senior member of the advisory boards at Young Happy and Singapore based AJT Holdings Pte. Ltd. which owns the Wellity and DrMap brands. Charles earned an MBA at the Kenan Flagler Business School\, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill\, with honors. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Kenan Foundation Asia and is a member of their Executive Committee. Charles served as a Governor and Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand from 2004 through 2007\, and was elected back to the AMCHAM board in 2021. Charles resides in Bangkok with his wife and two children.\n\nPangruetai (Pang) Sivaratana is Vice President and Thailand Country Manager for Seagate Technology. As Seagate's Vice President of Korat Operations and Thailand Country Manager\, Pang oversees the world's largest hard drive campus\, employing 13\,000 individuals. Her journey with Seagate began in 1991\, and she assumed the roles of Vice President of Korat Operations in 2011 and Thailand Country Manager in 2017.  Pang was honored with the Outstanding Executive Woman Award in 2011 by Thailand's Ministry of Labor and received the Exemplary Businessperson of the Year recognition from Thailand's Ministry of Science and Technology in 2014. She holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering\, a Master's in Industrial Engineering\, and Honorary Doctorate Degree in Manufacturing Engineering.\n\n\n\nKaveepan Eiamsakulrat is Executive Chairman of the KE Group. With an experience of over 27 years in the real estate development industry in Thailand and across the globe\, he has expertise in real estate investment and infrastructure development in Thailand. Kaveepan has worked in leadership roles with multi-million US dollar corporations to bring innovation and technology in the real estate space in the Kingdom. He has served on the Board of Directors at the Housing Business Association\, Thai Shopping Center Association\, and is actively involved with other associations. He has also received the Trade Association Prestige Outstanding Executive Awards by Ministry of Commerce and Thai Chamber of Commerce in 2018.
