The small group size allows for individual introductions followed by relaxed\, wide-ranging conversations with leaders from diverse industries and businesses.\n\nThis event marks our return to in-person events on the Eastern Seaboard and to the centrally located Holiday Inn Pattaya.  \nCovid-19 protocol: As per local government regulations\, evidence of a negative ATK test taken within the previous 48 hours is required for entry.\n\n\n\nAbout your hosts:\n\n\n\n\n\nViboon Kromadit earned the master's degree in political science from Thammasat University. He has been working with Amata for over 20 years and as the head of Marketing and Sales Department of Amata City Chonburi and Amata City Rayong Industrial Estate which have the total area of more than 44\,000 rai. Thereby\, he is one of the key directors who has pushed Amata to be very successful. Besides his routine work as the Director of AMATA\, he also emphasizes on the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility. He works as a Chairman of AMATA Sustainable Development Committee which is officially established in 2012. The committees are responsible for the development in local community\, society\, and environment to ensure that local people can pleasantly live with AMATA Industrial Estate.\n\n\n\nCharles Blocker is a founder and CEO of IC Partners\, with more than two decades of experience in capital raising\, corporate finance\, and commercial real estate. He is also a senior member of the advisory boards at Young Happy and Singapore based AJT Holdings Pte. Ltd. which owns the Wellity and DrMap brands. Charles earned an MBA at the Kenan Flagler Business School\, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill\, with honors. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Kenan Foundation Asia and is a member of their Executive Committee. Charles served as a Governor and Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand from 2004 through 2007\, and was elected back to the AMCHAM board in 2021. Charles resides in Bangkok with his wife and two children.\n\n\n\nJeff Nygaard leads the global operations and technology team at Seagate\, with over 36\,000 people who speak nine languages and live on three continents. He started working at Seagate as an engineer. As he progressed\, he has had an opportunity to live and work in the US\, Asia\, and Europe\, developing global perspectives\, but connecting locally on a personal level. During his tenure\, he has been instrumental in building high-performance teams\, integrating a competitor's business\, developing strategic alliances\, and reorganizing Seagate for the future. Jeff reflects Seagate's philosophy and culture that a responsible business - one that treats people\, the environment\, and our community with respect - enables better results. Previously\, Jeff has served twice as the President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand and as an honorary AMCHAM board advisor. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota\, with a focus on Robotics and Control System Design. He lives in Thailand with his wife and two children.\n\n\n\nNoah Shepherd is a Global Operations Director for Stanley Black & Decker\, Asia Pacific Region. Noah joined Stanley Black & Decker in 2012 as a General Manager for the underperforming Thailand hand tools factory. He received an Eagle Award (40 winners from 50\,000 global employees)\, for the Thailand plant turnaround. The Thailand plant remains the most engaged facility worldwide. Noah recently led the company's Asia manufacturing footprint strategy with responsibility for relocating manufacturing from China to Thailand.
