Walk-in welcome.\n\nAMCHAM is pleased to present the second event in the "Women on Board" series\, featuring candid discussions with leading women executives about their experiences serving on non-profit or executive boards.\n\n \n\nThis month we are pleased to welcome Jennifer Peng\, AMCHAM Board and Finance Director at Colgate-Palmolive and Rachel Davidson\, Cluster General Manager at Hilton and DoubleTree Sukhumvit Bangkok. They will share their personal career journey\, followed by an informal question and answer session\, led by AMCHAM Executive Director\, Heidi Gallant where we can explore topics such as their ingredients for success\; peers and mentors who have helped them along the way\; challenges to balancing volunteer work\, their business and family\; and advice they have for women about their experience.\n\n \n\nPlease join us for this special event which will be followed by our monthly social networking at The Landmark Bangkok.\n\n \n\nAbout the Speakers:\n\n \n\nJennifer Peng\, Finance Director\, Greater Indochina HUB @ Colgate Palmolive Thailand\, relocated to Bangkok\, Thailand in April 2018.  Jennifer is an international finance executive for a US listed consumer products company\, Colgate Palmolive Co.\, a global leader in oral and personal care products.  Currently\, she is responsible for the financial leadership of the Indochina region including Thailand\, Vietnam\, Myanmar\, Cambodia and Laos.  Jennifer joined Colgate Palmolive August 1998 and has extensive experience for 20 years spanning full spectrum of finance & accounting operations\, including strategic and business planning\, financial analysis\, commercial finance\, credit & collection\, internal control\, accounting and treasury. Her areas of expertise include strategic & business planning\, management reporting & SEC filing \,performance management\, rolling forecast & budgeting\, sales and operational anlytics.\n\n\n\nRachel Davidson is the Cluster General Manager of Hilton and DoubleTree Sukhumvit Bangkok. She has enjoyed a successful career in the hospitality and tourism industry spanning many years\, the last eleven of these with Hilton Hotels and Resorts. An Australian national\, Rachel's career has encompassed general management roles of hotels and resorts throughout Australia\, China\, Japan and Thailand. During this time\, Rachel has also held a number of director positions in various organizations including President of American Chamber of Commerce in Okinawa (2016 - 2018)\, Vice President of Chatan Tourism\, Chair of Tourism Whitsundays\, President of Hotels Sales and Marketing Association\, Victoria and Director of YWCA\, Melbourne. Rachel was also the Japan\, Korea and Micronesia representative for Hilton's Travel with Purpose Corporate Responsibility program\, focused on making positive social and environmental impact\, from 2015   2019.
