SUMMARY:Working Meeting with the BOI on Qualified Refundable Tax Credits (QRTC)
DESCRIPTION:AMCHAM is honored to meet with the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) team on policy issues of mutual interest. The BOI delegation will be led by Acting Deputy Secretary General. \n\n \n\nAMCHAM will be represented by Khun Ornkanya (Mook) Pibuldham AMCHAM Vice President Chief Country Officer/Bank of America\, Board of Governor who is the Board Liaison to AMCHAM Tax Council\, a representative from AMCHAM Exclusive Tier members: Seagate\, Chevron\, Ford Motors\, Western Digital\, and Tax Council leaders: John Andes of KPMG\, Melea Cruz from BDO Advisory Services\, and Paknapa Boonprasop of DKSH.\n\n \n\nTopics under discussion for this meeting will include plan and process of the draft Competitiveness Enhancement Act\, Global Minimum Tax\, and Qualified Refundable Tax Credits (QRTC).\n \nAMCHAM maintains ongoing dialogue with key Thai Government agencies to promote our common goals of fostering a robust business environment in the Kingdom and increasing Thailand's competitiveness at a regional and global level. \n\n \n\nAMCHAM's policy priorities are developed through our working group councils\, open to all members for participation. All policy positions taken forward through AMCHAM channels must represent a significant group of members and receive final approval from the Board of Governors.
