AMCHAM invites you to join us for our Governors' Table, hosted by Chatit Huayhongtong of Chevron, Peerasak Gamonsugosol of Honeywell Systems, Winnie Wong of Mastercard, Ririnda Tangtatswas of Minor International, Mark Kuo of Pfizer and Kwanjit Sudsawad of Seagate.
Our Governors' Tables offer an opportunity to connect to leading executives and AMCHAM Board Governors over leisurely dinners in unique venues around Bangkok. The small group size allows for individual introductions followed by relaxed, wide-ranging conversations with leaders from diverse industries and businesses.
This evening's venue is Siri Sala Private Thai Villa, where traditional Thai wooden stilt houses are reimagined as a restful, contemporary escape.
About your hosts:
Chatit Huayhongtong is President of Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd., a position he assumed in May 2021. As president, he is responsible for upstream operations in Thailand. Chatit began his career with Chevron in 2002 and over a 20-year period has held numerous engineering and leadership positions of increasing responsibility around the world, including in the United Kingdom and United States. Prior to becoming President, Chatit served as General Manager for Operations from 2018; as General Manager for Asset Development from 2016; as Asset Manager of Pailin Asset from 2013; and as Deputy Asset Manager of Platong Asset from 2011. Chatit graduated from Chulalongkorn University with an MA in Business Administration in 2003 and a BA in Petroleum Engineering in 1994.
Peerasak Gamonsugosol is President of Honeywell Systems. With 26 years of experience in leading and managing complex products and services offerings of Schlumberger, the number one oilfield services company in the world, and Honeywell, a multinational conglomerate corporation, in Australia, Indonesia, the United States, Russia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand. He is recognized for inspiring his management team to excel and encouraging creative work environments, providing clear strategic direction, fostering excellent customer relationships, tailoring sales and commercial tactics in ever-changing competitive landscapes, and driving overall operational and financial performance of the organization.
Winnie Wong is Country Manager of Mastercard. She brings over 20 years of experience working in various ASEAN markets, with deep insights into commercial payments solutions, banking and the consumer goods sector. She has served as Counry Manager for Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia since 2018, where she plays a pivotal role in establishing an ecosystem for safe and secure payments. Her efforts are instrumental in engaging regulators and stakeholders in creating a cashless and financially inclusive society. She was recently appointed as Country Manager for Thailand and Myanmar, and will continue Mastercard's efforts to connect and power an inclusive digital economy.
Ririnda Tangtatswas is Vice President, Strategic Planning of Minor International. Her journey with Minor International commenced in 2009, and over the years, Ririnda has navigated various roles within the organization. From expanding her responsibilities in investor relations to strategic planning and implementation, her career trajectory requires a versatile skill set and insights. In her current role as Vice President, Ririnda not only oversees strategic planning but also looks after investor relations, public relations, and corporate affairs for the Group. Prior to joining Minor International, Ririnda was an investment banker at Trinity Securities Group, where she completed merger and acquisition deals for several leading organizations in Thailand's hospitality and medical sectors, in addition to initial public offering and securitization.
Mark Kuo is Country Manager of Pfizer Thailand, leading in the companies purpose to bring breakthroughs that change patients' lives. With his deverse and in-depth pharmacist knowledge, background, and strong leadership skills, Mark has brought more than two decades of extensive experience in marketing, sales, strategic planning, business operation and development as well as project management to drive the pharmaceutical industry toward his ambitious goal of changing more patients' lives in Thailand.
Kwanjit Sudsawad is Director of ASEAN Government Affairs of Seagate Technology. She is one of Thailand’s most well-regarded corporate affairs professionals, based in Bangkok, but also leads in other ASEAN markets. She has been with Seagate for 28 years. Seagate is one of the largest MNC investors in Thailand, one of the largest exporters from Thailand, and a major success in the strategic U.S.-Thailand strategic relationship. Seagate is a global leading innovator of mass-capacity data storage and has shipped over four billion terabytes of data capacity. Kwanjit has driven Seagate’s commitment to Thailand and leads all interactions with multiple Thai Government Departments at the highest levels.
